Olivia grew up in the Fort Point district of Boston and has since lived in California, New York, and Nantucket. At a young age, she became interested in real estate after watching her mother build/renovate and flip many properties. Olivia started her real estate career working for a development company in Boston and managing builds here in Nosara. Client relationships are very important to Olivia. She understands the importance of getting to know each client’s needs, helping them navigate the ins and outs of Nosara, and maintaining relationships that last beyond the purchase. Olivia has built and renovated multiple properties here in Nosara. She is also an avid surfer and a trained chef.
