El Bosque Treehouse Village

El Bosque is bringing together a community of people who love Nosara, and want to live here in harmony with their most important values. El Bosque is creating a project that sits lightly on the land and maintains natural systems.

Each homesite in El Bosque is unique, with natural characteristics that create an individual sense of scale, atmosphere, and connection to the forest. There are a wide range of lot sizes, thoughtfully arranged to respond to the site’s topography and maximize areas of untouched natural land.

Six individual Treehouses will be built on lot #10 by the El Bosque team. Inspired by the popularity of the Harmony Hotel Bungalows, these 2 bedroom casitas were designed for small families that like to keep it simple with just enough private space for everything. The homes are arranged on the site to provide the intimate feel of a small village within the larger neighborhood of El Bosque.
