Glenn Goodwin is the co-owner and senior agent at The Nosara Real Estate Agency. Glenn’s story as a realtor began twenty years ago, when he sold his famous skateboard and snowboard shop in Canada and embarked upon a journey seeking out the world’s best surf and beach destinations. Along the way, Glenn settled in the Dominican Republic, Belize and elsewhere, all the while buying and selling real estate. But when Glenn landed in Nosara, he decided his search was over, as he had found a place dedicated to the perfect combination of surf, wellness, family and business. Glenn has been involved in every side of the real estate market - from buying property, to building condominiums and houses from scratch, to furnishing them, to selling them. With this vast experience, Glenn is an expert at finding great deals, closing them and conducting business in a razor sharp yet easy going way. And once the business day is done, you can find Glenn playing tennis on the red clay, driving his 1970 VW van to Playa Guiones for a surf or catching a sunset with his beautiful wife and dogs.
